Missing parts and instructions

Received the top for my Z3 very quickly, but had no instructions, invoice. or packing slip. But most importantly, there were no cables, straps, or replacement material to sew the top to. The return policy is good, but meanwhile my car is sitting in a shop with no top. Will see how quickly the refund clears through my credit card.

i purchased a full set of interior carpet including trunk as well as softtop and seat covers etc i live in new zealand so rely on ebay to buy products as i believe they vet suppliers firstly it took an age for the products to be shipped unfortunately just after arriving new zealand had problems with covid-19 with lockdowns etc the trunk carpet was cut incorrectly i did relate that there was a problem but was unsure what my upholsterer was noting autberry wanted proof of the problem when i finally had an opening from the government to visit my upholsterer i sent the proof that i hadnt received the correct fit autoberry said cant help as over 30 days there advertising clearly states 100% fit guarantee and 6 year warranty if thats the advertising any reputable company would honour that

I have found another phone number (3 in total) that I keep calling twice a day, and leaving messages. No one picks up and I have not received one call back. I'm still waiting a response from my emails.

Ordered a 2001 mr2 top, product came with the back window hanging without the proper support. It is missing the stitching that holds the window in place. Try calling them on the 2 phone numbers they have up on the website no one ever picks up, try leaving a message no one calls back. Sent an email finally got a reply, showed them the photos of their unfinished work and stopped getting replies.

Update: Sending Autoberry emails, have not received a single response by email (Checked spam folder as well) also no call backs to my phone voice mails, I left my name, order number, and phone number every time I have called.

Deective top ad nno glue sent

ordered top for 96 camaro and can of adhesive order came no glue sent began top install noticed main top was missing stitched area above passanger side window sent photos for proof of defect was told that was ok and normal sent response to email stating that was a channel for wire to slide thru to secure top no frame of top why drivers side was sewen end to end which it should be to hold top to frame.after all this b.s. i was told a new top is being made for replacement we will see but still waiting for adhesive and top

Too Late

I have my authentic ez-on top on the way now. I wish I had looked a little deeper before paying for this item. Hopefully I can return it and be refunded with little hassle. I think Im mostly disappointed in ebay for allowing a chop shop to mislead customers.

Fraud

Website clearly states they are selling EzOn AutoTops. They are NOT. Purchased a top that did not fit. They insisted the top was correct. I refused to pay return shipping. I contacted the manufacturer and proved it was NOT their's. Finally, AutoBerry took my return and credited my CC the full amount. Total FRAUD, even postal fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Didnt Even Ship The Product !!!

This company is a rip-off!! Took my money but never shipped the convertible top for my Son's car I ordered through Amazon stay away from them I have communicated through email only to get the runaround! I just wish I would have seen the reviews first! I am just waiting for a refund hopefully I will get my 300.00 back! My son took his old top off and we had a rain storm it has been one thing after another the dates of ETA keep changing daily. My son called Auto Berry only to be told I cancelled the order which was a lie!! My son is just very disappointed and has worked very hard to get his mustang looking great.

I am amazed! Mostly that this product and company is on Amazon WITHOUT any reviews.

I was about to order, but thought the lack of reviews seemed odd...glad I saw these. These reviews are bad enough to send me looking somewhere else.

Horrible company

I bought a top for my car and after 2 months time, a seam on a water channel came unglued. The top should be stitched or sealed in this area but wasnt. The glue came apart and flooded my car with 1/2" of water after a storm. I contacted the company and was greeted by a rude manager that accused me of improper installation. What he didnt know was I emailed the company right after installation and said it didnt mount like the factory top and didnt look right., They assured me it was installed correctly. Once I email the manager this email that I saved he stopped talking to me. All he would say was warranty denied. I called the company and they took my name and number and said a manager would call back. After 5 days, no call. I called back and was told the same. I told the rep I was told that last time. He assured me a manager would call within 2 hours. no phone call after 24 hours. I called again and all the rep would say is contact Amazon. I had contacted them already and it was told its out of their time frame. The rep kept trying to tell me amazon handled the warranty even after me arguing that amazon doesn't cover manufacturing warranties. Finally, I gave up, contacted amazon and was told out of their warranty. Called back the 4th time and was told that the manager said not to tell me anything. All I was asking was why it wasnt warranty. I never received an answer. After saying I was going to file negative reviews I was threatened with a lawsuit for extortion. 4 phone calls and 18 emails including replies and I was threatened with harassment. I was never told why the warranty was denied. Not only am I out the price of the top, im out of the water damage to my car and 10 hours of installation time. This is the worst company ive ever dealt with. This is an honest and truthful review with email proof. I have given up on the warranty because of the customer service I have recieved. I just want other buyers to be aware of how this company can be.

I purchased a replacement top for my BMW Z4 2006. Top was manufactured by Germanex in Northridge, CA and not by vendor implied in advertisement. Top was very difficult to install as manufactured holes were wrong size and irregularly placed. After finishing installation using several weeks of work arounds, Top did not cover frame around windows. Fabric was 2 inches short of the weather seal on the driver's side and 1 inch short on the passenger side. On the driver's side you can see the frame. It will not keep water out. I contacted the company as it guaranteed 100% fit to BMW specifications. After many e-mails and submittal of photo documentation, the company will not refund my price and will not take any action. They do not honor the written commitments. I conclude that the commitments to fit and workmanship are merely come-ons in an effort to knowingly provide defective, incorrectly designed product and leave customers without recourse. Spread the word - they are dishonest.

Falsely advertised Replacement Parts

I ordered a replacement top for my 1996 Mazda Miata from the company advertised on eBay. The payment automatically went to the PayPal account set up by AutoBerry.

The top was two inches shorter than it needs to be so that it will fit properly. I contacted the telephone number that was charged to my VISA credit card representative gave me The voice mail that I reached said "you have reached the Henderson's, and we cant take your call right now. They falsely advertise warranty information and guaranteed satisfaction with your order.

I started looking on line for other contact information and found all of the negative reviews about them honoring their product. At this juncture, I do not expect a follow-up call or contact from this "company" because they are SCAM ARTISTS, I do plan to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and tell all of the Mazda Miata owners that I know and come in contact with, NOT to ever order any part from AutoBerry because they are dishonest in their practices!

I purchased a soft top for my Isuzu Amigo. It was too small. I was also charged twice. This was last August and still no refund for being charged 2 times. I am disappointed in the accuracy of the measurements of the top and the fact they took money twice off my card and refuses to give it back. I do not understand how this company is still in business with so many negative reviews. The sides of the soft top are too short. The back is too short so rain comes in. The windows are extremely hard to zip. The material seems strong except in parts on the top. The snaps do not line up so the top is tied down.

Tey are using 3 names (just what i found, maybe there are more names): D.D. Auto Accessories, Diamondmall (on eBay) and Autoberry. They are all the same company (look at the address and the products - are exactly the same). The soft top that I bought for my Miata from them arrived defect but i didn't even check because i didn't have time for this. I installed it after 2 months and i saw it. after 3 messages on eBay he agreed with me but didn't want to help me because more than 60 days passed since I bought it. Take responsibility! You won this time, scammer. But don't worry. karma is a ***.

Replacement seat covers for my 1991 Mazda Miata.

I ordered a set of replacement seat covers for my 1991 Mazda Miata, but was unable to install them within the thirty day period. I am a 100% disabled Veteran, that suffers from PTSD, and can't work on my cars as often as I would like due to severe depression. When I finally was able to install the covers I found that that were too big around the headrest area. I immediately called AutoBerry to let them know, and they said my seats had shrunk, and that I needed to add padding. When I tried to explain the problem to them they told me I was beyond the thirty day limit and they would not do anything about it. I offered to return covers, as they had not been installed, and one of my covers so they could see the difference for themselves, they refused my offer. When I explained that I had been in the auto upholstery business for years and knew what I was doing, they basically said they did not care, their covers were perfect because they were computer cut, and computers don't make mistakes. Long story short I still have the worthless covers in the original box, where they will remain as they are of no use to me. I will buy the 3 yards of black vinyl and make my own. They are a terrible company to deal with if you have any problems with their product. I doubt that they even manufacture what they sell, because after talking to them it was obvious that they had little or no knowledge of what it takes to make a set of properly fitting seat covers.
